За годы работы в IТ командах мы знаем, что Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) – один из самых сложных ивентов в Scrum с точки зрения фасилитации, привлечения участников и качественных результатов. Поэтому мы хотим научить вас делать крутые рефайменты с вашими командами.

Этот воркшоп – целевой учебный интенсив по фасилитации одно и многокомандных PBR.

Через 4 часа вы научитесь:

  1. Основным принципам дизайна встречи
  2. Разработайте план фасилитации PBR, а именно декомпозиции и обработки задач для команды
  3. Поймете, как строить встречу, делать ее модульной и масштабируемой.
  4. Получите полный гайд по фасилитации PBR
