Liberating Structures is a framework created by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless with a clear purpose: to improve personal and group performance. It's also can help teams define a common strategy. Anyone can easily learn and use at least a few of them.

Liberating Structures also are useful for the simple reason that improving how people interact often influences how successful they are in their work and their lives.

What we will train during 1.5h:
- We get to know what is Liberating Structures
- Will educate event structure
- Will learn different facilitation templates from liberating structures and train them
- Will explore how to apply Liberating Structures in your own life and work at both small and large scales
- Will learn how to apply Liberating Structures in virtual meetings
- Increase your facilitation capabilities
