I came to Agile coaching from the role of Product Owner. For over 10 years I have been involved in creating products that people fall in love with. In my portfolio there are projects from different areas: online educational platforms, marketing tools for HoReCa, online flight booking services, and more. Accompanied the Agile transformation of the company with 700+ people.

The most important thing for me in my work as an Agile coach is becoming an agent of change in teams, thanks to which people bring their best talents to the world and achieve great results in their work.
