Alexandra Baptizmanskaya is a sociologist and psychotherapist by education, but has been working in IT for 7 years.
For 4 years she worked in the international company SEMrush with a team of the most powerful Agile coaches in Russia. During this time, the company opened 2 European offices and grew from 70 to 700+ people, maintaining an almost flat structure and a strong Agile culture.

In addition to working with development teams, Alexandra carried out an Agile transformation and launched 7 Agile teams in the company's marketing department.

For the last 2 years, Alexandra has been working as an independent Agile consultant with various teams and companies on the market - fintech, foodtech, VR, AR, VFX, manufacturing, real estate, marketing, various custom and product development. Her main superpower is working with people.
Alexandra speaks a lot at conferences, teaches master classes, she is one of the inspirers of Russian Agile Intervision and constantly mentors young Scrum Masters and Agile Leaders.
