THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU:
- you want to dive into the facilitation topic;
- want to learn how to manage a team process, moderate discussions, create a common team information field, organize Scrum meetings;
- you have decided to implement flexible methods and face resistance and a number of organizational difficulties;

- Design Scrum-meetings from A to Z: study all types of the meetings, learning how to choose facilitation techniques.
- Facilitation learning design. Training from the back of the room.

- Master the facilitation techniques and create your own Toolkit;
- Learn how to properly organize Scrum events, holding them on time and efficiently;
- Solve the problem of ineffective meetings - such as “schedule another meeting and think there again”;
- Consciously and productively facilitate work in your own teams.
